What Is The Fitness Camp?

TFC is a three weeks program with fitness sessions held three times per week (a total of 9 fitness sessions) in several locations, aimed at getting you fitter and stronger. 

TFC revolves around our uniquely designed training sessions such as: TFC Army session, TFC Bodyweight session, TFC Cardio session and more, to ensure getting you the results you are looking for through serious and challenging activities.
